I view this development positively. It complements the courses provided by the local university, and raise the bar in the standard of the courses. Aren't we not capable of producing our own medicine graduates ? It is not about that, it is about accessing and implementing best practices in Malaysia and Malaysians and other developing countries can access the same education system at a faction of the cost should it be in UK or Europe.
